Having worst experience and service is very bad in Malacca branch. The service is slow, fresh vegetable is cant be refill for the set for bbq. When doing bbq, we need some fire flame because we were waiting the flame to have crispy part of meat then, without our consent, there is someone that straight put out the flame and making our bbq meat become somewhere not nice anymore.. We almost end our meal but there is waiter who spray the table when we are eating shabu shabu after bbq and making us feel like chasing us out. This is the first time we having bad experience, frustating and even quickly wanted to end our meal and get out from the shop because we feel unwelcome. I hope that please train the young waiter and waitress in f&b SOP.

Bad services in malaca shop and bad food. Vegetable also cannot refill, and makes customer rushing to finish food due to they want to clear table. - about payment, they don't know about the table and asking customer for the table no. Some stuff said it comes with grab pay, but ended up no grab pay.
